Opening a Mail Account

Who needs a mail forwarding agent?
People who choose to travel frequently or full-time and do not want to make family or friends responsible for receiving and forwarding their mail. Mail agents are entrusted with the responsibility of receiving, repackaging, and forwarding mail to whatever destination the client requests.

What is necessary to set-up a mail account?
Simply complete the online application form.  We will forward you a welcome letter with your new address. You must then complete a U.S. Postal Form 1583 in order for us to act as your mail agent. When you receive your address from us, complete a U.S.P.S. change of address form at your local post office.

How do I pay for my shipments?
You may pay your initial fees by check, money order, Visa, MC, or Discover. This will include your first month’s service, postage deposit, and one-time set-up fee. After this, you may choose to pay monthly by check or credit card. You may also prepay your account at any time.

How do I advise you to change my shipping address?
You may change your shipping information through our online portal 24-hours a day, 7 days a week.  You may also telephone us during normal business hours (850) 857-0860 or submit your change via email, which is checked during normal business hours. There is no limit to the number of times you may change your shipping address.
